PRINTING

  • Printing machine from India with up to 10 colors
  • Auto -registration.
  • Defect Detection system.
  • Facility of AMR
  • Advanced ARC from Bobst
  • Pre-register programed with Laser precision
  • Auto high-speed flying splice (Both Rewinder and Unwinder).
  • All stations having solvent sweeping system.
  • All stations having ink cooling system.

LAMINATION

  • Installed 5 laminator with solvent free and solvent-based lamination facilities which help us to meet the requirements of our customer
  • Maximum Capacity 350MPM
  • Working width up to 1300 mm
  • Coating capacity 2.5 Gsm

EXTRUSION LAMINATION

  • Extrusion lamination with an installed capacity of 3600 MT pa. to capture requirements of different industries such as Snacks, Pharma etc.
  • Machine Capacity is 200 MPM (kg/hr)
  • Working width from 780mm to 2200 mm
  • Coating up to 40 µ

SLITTING

  • Installed 6 High Quality Slitting machine which ensure coil winding perfectly so coil run smoothly on the FFS machine.
  • Max Speed 600 MPM
